Q: How far out must I schedule a course?

A: All courses must be scheduled and paid-in-full no less than 30 days before the class start date. This is to give time to properly prepare for student activities.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Refunds are granted -- no questions asked -- if a student is unable to attend scheduled classes for whatever reason. This includes if the student has already attended some classes, but unable to finish the remainder throughout the course, a prorated amount of the balance will be returned. Parents will also be given the opportunity to reschedule missed classes up to 30 days after missed block of instructions. Refunds will not be granted 30 days after any course completion.

Q: Are you available to teach the course in a different location?

A: Yes, the instructor can come to your location for private lessons. For group lessons there must be at least 6 children, and no more than 12 children per class. Smaller classes allows instructor to have more one-on-one time with each student.
